Jocelyn Roper is the Owner, Founder, and Head Coach of Way2Cheer, bringing a dynamic blend of educational expertise and elite coaching experience to every athlete she leads. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina Upstate, along with a minor certification in teaching children with learning disabilities. With over seven years of experience in elementary education and more than a decade of coaching, Jocelyn is deeply committed to developing confident, well-trained, and well-rounded athletes.

Through her leadership, Way2Cheer has become a trusted and respected program, known for producing athletes who go on to excel at the All-Star, high school, collegiate, and even professional levels. Many of her former students now compete on top teams across the Greater Atlanta area and the Carolinas. Jocelyn also provides specialized training and instruction to high-level competitive athletes, further solidifying her reputation as a sought-after coach and mentor in the cheer and dance community.
